Haldern er en bydel i byen Rees ved den nederste højre Niederrhein. Stedet har ca. 5000 indbyggere.
Kommunens område er for det meste præget af landbrug. Større skovområder ligger sydøst for landsbyen. Derudover opstod der et rekreativt område, Reeser Meer, som følge af årelang grusgrave i den sydvestlige del af stedet.
