Den Hellige Ånd Kirke er en lutherskirke tilhørende den danske folkekirke i centrum af København. Det er sognekirken for den af samme navn sognet.
Indtil reformationen tilhørte kirken, som stammer fra omkring 1400, et katolsk kloster. Under bybranden i 1728 blev kirkens oprindelige indretning ødelagt. Kirken blev genopbygget og blev genindviet den 30. november 1732.
