Aalborg Historiske Museum er et historisk og kulturelt museum i byen Aalborg i Danmark. Museet blev etableret i 1863 og er nu en del af Det Historiske Museum i Nordjylland. Aalborg Historiske Museum blev organiseret for at forklare historien om byen og det omkringliggende område gennem de sidste 1000 år. Det blev etableret i 1863, hvilket gør det til et af de tidligste provinsmuseer i Danmark. Det nuværende museum blev bygget i 1878 og udvidet i begyndelsen af 1890'erne for at huse den voksende samling af genstande fra områdets tidligste beboere til moderne tider.
