Carl Nielsen Museet er et museum i Odense, Danmark. Museet er beliggende som en udvidelse på den nordvestlige side af Odense Koncerthus.
Museet fungerer som en del af Odense Bymuseer. Museet er dedikeret til livet for den danske komponist Carl Nielsen og hans kone, billedhuggeren Anne Marie Carl-Nielsen. Museet dokumenterer Carl Nielsens liv fra hans barndom i byen Nr. Lyndelse til hans karriere og succes på den europæiske musikscene, med hans violiner, hans trompet og hans klaver i udstilling, samt en række af hans musikalske partiture, herunder seks symfonier, tre koncertar, to operaer, kammermusik og et stort antal sange. Museet indeholder også en nøjagtig rekonstruktion af to stuer med det originale møbel fra Carl og Anne Marie Carl-Nielsens sidste hjem på Frederiksholms Kanal i det centrale København.
