Ribe Katedral eller Vor Frue Maria Katedral ligger i den gamle by Ribe, på vestkysten af det sydlige Jylland, Danmark. Det blev grundlagt i Vikingetiden som den første kristne kirke i Danmark af Ansgar, en missionerende munk fra Hamburg, under tilladelse fra den hedenske konge Horik I. Katedralen har oplevet flere skadelige hændelser gennem sin lange historie og er blevet restaureret, udvidet og dekoreret gentagne gange. Som det står i dag, er Ribe Katedral det bedst bevarede romanske bygning i Danmark, men afspejler en overflod af forskellige arkitektoniske stilarter og kunstneriske traditioner. Det rangerer blandt de mest populære turistattraktioner i Danmark og har fået tildelt to stjerner i Michelin-guiden.
