Brattingsborg Slot var et kongeligt slot i byen Tranebjerg på Samsø, Danmark. Brattingsborg slot delte navn med herregården Brattingsborg. For at skelne mellem de to, omtales det tidligere slot ofte som Gamle Brattingsborg. Slottet blev opført på et tidspunkt i det 12. århundrede, men blev ødelagt og brændt ned i et slag ledet af den udstøtte Stig Andersen Hvide i året 1289. Efter ødelæggelsen besluttede kronen at konstruere slottet Vesborg på sydkysten. De eneste rester af Brattingsborg er jordhøjene fra slotsbakken sammen med spor af dets dobbelte voldgraveforsvar og fundamenter.
