Bornholm Kunstmuseum ligger på den danske ø Bornholm, over Sanctuary Rocks cirka 6 kilometer nordvest for Gudhjem, Danmark.
Museets permanente samling består hovedsageligt af malerier af kunstnere med forbindelser til Bornholm fra det tidlige 19. århundrede til i dag. Der gives særlig opmærksomhed til Bornholm-skolen af malere, som opstod i begyndelsen af det sidste århundrede, da en række modernister, der blev tiltrukket af det maleriske Bornholm og den lille ø Christiansø, malede landskaber og lokal natur. Den permanente udstilling inkluderer værker af Edvard Weie, Karl Isakson, Olaf Rude, Kræsten Iversen, Niels Lergaard og Oluf Høst. Derudover præsenterer adskillige malerier og skulpturer et rigt billede af det kunstneriske liv på Bornholm.
