Carlsberg A/S er en global brygger. Grundlagt i 1847 af J. C. Jacobsen, ligger virksomhedens hovedkontor i København, Danmark. Siden Jacobsens død i 1887 har den største ejer af virksomheden været Carlsberg Fonden. Virksomhedens flagskibsbrand er Carlsberg. Den brygger også Tuborg, Kronenbourg, Somersby cider, Ruslands bedst sælgende øl Baltika, belgiske Grimbergen klosterøl, og mere end 500 lokale øl.
Virksomheden beskæftiger omkring 41.000 mennesker, primært placeret i Vesteuropa, Østeuropa og Asien.
