Faaborg eller Fåborg er en gammel havneby beliggende ved Faaborg Fjord i Faaborg-Midtfyn kommune på øen Fyn i Danmark. Med vej er Faaborg beliggende 42 kilometer sydvest for Odense, 27 kilometer vest-nordvest for Svendborg og cirka 70 kilometer sydøst for Middelfart, afhængigt af ruten. Byen har en befolkning på 6.944. Med sin travle havn, smalle gader og attraktive gamle huse er byen populær blandt turister, især i sommermånederne. Faaborg var tidligere sæde for Faaborg kommune. Sædet for den nye kommune er Ringe. Begge kommuner bruger Faaborgs middelalderlige våbenskjold.
