Santomera er en spansk kommune i den autonome region Murcia. Den har en befolkning på 16.105 og et areal på 44,2 km2. Den grænser op til Fortuna mod nord, til Murcia mod vest og syd samt til provinsen Alicante mod øst.
Santomera har været beboet af mennesker siden stenalderen, og tidligere arbejdssteder for stenskulptører er bevis på dette faktum. Der var også menneskelig tilstedeværelse i den chalcolithiske periode og bronzealderen sammen med folk fra den argariske kultur. Andre folk, der boede i den nuværende kommune, er iberianerne, som byggede en by der.
