Los Tojos er en kommune og lokalitet i det autonome samfund Cantabria. Det er en af de tre kommuner, der danner Valle de Cabuérniga, som ligger i den vestlige del af samfundet, inden for comarcaen Saja-Nansa. Det ligger cirka 62 kilometer fra den cantabriske hovedstad, Santander. Det grænser op til kommunerne Cabuérniga og Ruente mod nord, Molledo og Bárcena de Pie de Concha mod øst, Cabuérniga og Mancomunidad Campoo-Cabuérniga mod vest og Mancomunidad Campoo-Cabuérniga og Brødreforeningen Campoo de Suso mod syd. Dens maksimale højde, der ligger i den sydlige del af kommunen, er 1320,7 meter, og dens minimale højde overstiger knap 340 meter.
