La Adrada er en kommune og by i det sydlige Spanien i provinsen Ávila, i den autonome region Castilla y León. Den kommunale enhed har en befolkning på 2757 indbyggere, og byen har den historiske titel som villa. Oprindelsen af byens navn er genstand for kontrovers blandt flere forfattere. Nogle af dem mener, at navnets oprindelse stammer fra en berberstamme, mens det for andre forfattere er en afledning - nærmere bestemt en synkoperet form - af apartada eller arredada. Andre teorier peger på, at det får sit navn fra en af sine beboere kaldet Ad-Rada.
