Boniches er en spansk kommune i provinsen Cuenca, i den autonome region Castilla-La Mancha, beliggende i den lave bjergkæde. Den har 139 indbyggere, og dens højde er 1026 m over havets overflade.
Det skal bemærkes, at dens landskab har kontinentalt middelhavsklima med en overflod af skrubbegran, som dækker mere end 80 % af dens territorium. Der findes også negralgran, carraskgran, enebær, melojo, carrasca, lyng, rosmarin og jara, som er typisk for vegetationen i den lave bjergkæde i Cuenca. På bredden af floden findes der popler og birke, rush og alle slags typisk flodvegetation. I området kendt som Ayuntaderos modtager Cabriel tillæg fra floden Mayor, der udspringer fra Laguna del Marquesado.
