Fuentes Claras er en kommune og lokalitet i Spanien, der tilhører Jiloca-regionen, nordvest for provinsen Teruel, den autonome region Aragón.
Kommunen er kendt for at have registreret den laveste temperatur i beboede områder i Spanien: –30ºC ved den meteorologiske station Calamocha-VOR den 17. december 1963, en officiel rekord for kulde anerkendt af den statslige meteorologiske agentur.
