Barakaldo er en kommune i den spanske provins Biscay i regionen Baskerlandet med et areal på 24 km². I 2012 havde Barakaldo 100.369 indbyggere. Det ligger nær Bilbao, ved floderne Ría de Bilbao, Galindo og Cadagua. I det bjergrige område findes der jernmalm. Den lokale fodboldklub Barakaldo CF spiller i Segunda División B. Forskellige atleter har løbet deres personlige rekord på 10.000 meter i Barakaldo.
