Calcena er en kommune i Spanien, i provinsen Zaragoza, den autonome region Aragón. Den har et areal på 64,76 km² med en befolkning på 50 indbyggere og en befolkningstæthed på 0,77 indb/km².
Området er omgivet af bjerge og ligger på den sydlige skråning af Somontano del Moncayo i 836 m højde, i dalen ved floden Isuela. Byens centrum strækker sig fra venstre bred af floden op mod toppene af San José og Santa Bárbara. Haven optager den lavere del af dalen. De dårlige kommunikationsforhold har gjort det muligt at bevare den traditionelle atmosfære i bymidten og skønheden i dens naturlige omgivelser.
