Hoz de Jaca er en spansk kommune, der tilhører Alto Gállego-regionen, nord for provinsen Huesca, i det autonome samfund Aragón. Den har et areal på 12,45 km² med en befolkning på 72 indbyggere og en tæthed på 5,78 indb./km².
Den optræder første gang i et dokument fra 1062. Sammen med områderne Panticosa og El Pueyo udgjorde den en af de tre historiske quiñoner, som den administrative opdeling af Tena-dalen bestod af.
