Simancas er en kommune og by i Spanien, beliggende i provinsen Valladolid i den autonome region Castilla y León. Befolkningen i kommunen er 5214 indbyggere. I byen, ved bredden af floden Pisuerga, ligger det Generelle Arkiv i Simancas. Kommunen ligger i den centrale del af provinsen Valladolid, i den spanske autonome region Castilla og León. Den er en del af Campiña del Pisuerga regionen. Byen ligger på den højre bred af floden Pisuerga, ca. 14 kilometer fra provinsens hovedstad, som ligger længere op ad floden. Geografisk tilhører den den Nordlige Submeseta, i Duero vandopland. Den såkaldte Camino de Santiago fra Madrid passerer gennem byen.
