Castrillo Mota de Judíos er en kommune i den spanske provins Burgos i regionen Castilla og León med et areal på 22,05 km². Castrillo Mota de Judíos har 56 indbyggere. I mere end fire hundrede år var dette sted kendt som Castrillo Matajudíos. Navnet Mota de Judíos eller Mota Judíos er meget gammelt. For længe siden opstod der her et jødisk kvarter på en gunstig beliggenhed for handel i betragtning af nærheden til pilgrimsruten til Santiago de Compostella. I 974 fik de jøder, der var bosat her, af grev García Fernández de Castilla et carta puebla, hvormed beboerne her fik de samme rettigheder som de kristne.
