Tortellá[1] er en kommune beliggende i provinsen Girona, Catalonien, Spanien. Mod nord og øst grænser den op til Sales de Llierca, mod syd til Argelaguer og mod vest til Montagut og Oix, opstrøms for samløbet af floden Llierca med floden Fluviá. Det er den trettende mest befolkede kommune i regionen med 758 indbyggere og har et areal på 11,07 km². [2] Byen ligger 276 meter over havets overflade og er 18 kilometer fra Olot, 31 fra Figueras og 38 fra Gerona. Kommunen afgrænses, begyndende fra nord og styret med uret, med Sales de Llierca, Argelaguer samt Montagut og Oix.
