Burgos er en by i Spanien, beliggende i det autonome fællesskab Castilien og León. Det er hovedstaden og den mest befolkede kommune i provinsen Burgos. Burgos ligger i den nordlige del af den iberiske halvø, ved samløbet af bifloderne til Arlanzón, i udkanten af det centrale plateau. Kommunen har en befolkning på cirka 180.000 indbyggere. En del af Camino de Santiago går gennem Burgos.
