Benifayó[1][2] er en spansk kommune og by i Valencia-provinsen i Comunidad Valenciana. Den tilhører comarcaen Ribera Alta og har 11.930 indbyggere. Historisk set har den også været kendt som Benifayó de Espioca i forbindelse med den sogn, den tilhørte i middelalderen, og som Benifayó de Falcó, efter familien Falcó de Belaochaga, herrer over Benifayó mellem 1612 og 1872.[3]
