Teguise, også kendt på spansk som La Villa de Teguise, er en landsby i kommunen Teguise i den nordcentrale del af øen Lanzarote i Las Palmas-provinsen på De Kanariske Øer. Byens befolkning er 1.776 pr. 1. januar 2018.
Byen blev grundlagt i 1414. Teguise fungerede som hovedstad i Kongeriget De Kanariske Øer fra 1425 til 1448 og som hovedstad på øen, indtil hovedstaden blev flyttet til Arrecife i 1852.
