Teguise, conosciuta in spagnolo come La Villa de Teguise, è un villaggio nel comune di Teguise nella parte nord-centro dell'isola di Lanzarote, nella provincia di Las Palmas, nelle Isole Canarie. La popolazione del paese è di 1.776 abitanti a partire dal 1 gennaio 2018.
Il paese è stato fondato nel 1414. Teguise ha servito come capitale del Regno delle Isole Canarie dal 1425 al 1448 e come capitale dell'isola fino a quando la capitale non è stata trasferita ad Arrecife nel 1852.
