Segart er en kommune i Valenciansamfundet, Spanien. Det tilhører provinsen Valencia, i regionen Campo de Murviedro, underregionen La Baronía media. Det var en del af den historiske region kaldet Calderona. Denne gamle region fremgår af kortet over regionerne af Emili Beüt i Belenguer Comarques naturals del Regne de València, som blev udgivet i 1934. Indtil den 27. juni 1916 blev det kaldt Segart de Albalat, men navnet blev ændret til det nuværende ved en kongelig dekret, selvom tillægsordet 'de Albalat' fortsat blev brugt indtil 1940'erne.[1]
