Lugo er en kommune og en by i Galicien af romersk oprindelse, grundlagt i år 25 f.Kr. af Paul·le Fabi Màxim og beliggende ved floden Miño. Det er hovedstad i provinsen Lugo og i comarcaen Lugo. Med 98.268 indbyggere er det den fjerde største kommune i Galicien efter Vigo, La Coruña og Ourense. Den har generelle interessepunkter som: den romerske mur, den romerske bro eller katedralen.
