Ceráin er en lille landsby i Goyerri-regionen i Guipuzkoa. Inden for Baskerlandet var den pioner inden for udviklingen af landsbyturisme, som har stor betydning for den lokale økonomi.
Byen har et etnografisk museum og en butik med håndværksprodukter. En gammel middelalderfængsel og en vandmølle er også blevet restaureret og gjort klar til besøg, og de plejer at være i drift i weekender og på helligdage.
