Ceráin è una piccola località rurale della comarca guipuzcoana del Goyerri. All'interno dei Paesi Baschi, è stata pioniera nello sviluppo del turismo rurale, che ha grande importanza nell'economia locale.
Il paese è dotato di un Museo Etnografico e di un negozio di prodotti artigianali. Sono stati anche restaurati e attrezzati per la visita un'antica prigione medievale e un'officina idraulica, che di solito viene messa in funzione nei fine settimana e nei giorni festivi.
