Cestona[1][2] er en kommune i provinsen Gipuzkoa, Baskerlandet. Den har en befolkning på 3769 indbyggere. Byen ligger ved bredden af floden Urola, i dalen Sastarrain. Den er kendt for sine medicinske vand, der har været grundlaget for etableringen af et kurbad, som fik berømmelse i begyndelsen af det 20. århundrede. Den blev grundlagt under navnet Santa Cruz de Cestona.
