Cestona[1][2] è un comune della provincia di Guipúzcoa, Paesi Baschi. Ha una popolazione di 3769 abitanti. La città è situata lungo le rive del fiume Urola, nella valle di Sastarrain. È famosa per le sue acque minerali, che hanno consentito l'istituzione di un stabilimento termale, che ha raggiunto notorietà all'inizio del XX secolo. Fu fondata con il nome di Santa Cruz de Cestona.
