Cestona[1][2] ist eine Gemeinde in der Provinz Gipuzkoa, im Baskenland. Sie hat eine Bevölkerung von 3769 Einwohnern. Die Stadt liegt am Ufer des Flusses Urola im Sastarrain-Tal. Sie ist bekannt für ihre Heilquellen, die zur Gründung eines Kurorts führten, der zu Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts berühmt wurde. Sie wurde unter dem Namen Santa Cruz de Cestona gegründet.
