Museo de Bellas Artes de Bilbao er et kunstmuseum i Parque Casilda Iturrizar i den spanske by Bilbao.
Nuværende museum er en fusion af det oprindelige Museo de Bellas Artes, der blev grundlagt i 1908 og åbnet i 1914, og Museo de Arte Moderno fra 1924. Fusionsprocessen fandt sted i 1939, og offentligheden blev inviteret til Museo de Bellas Artes y de Arte Moderno de Bilbao i 1945. I 1962 blev nybygningen i klassisk stil færdiggjort på den nuværende beliggenhed efter tegning af arkitekterne Fernando Urrutia og Gonzalo Cárdenas. I 1970 blev en ny fløj realiseret, inspireret af byggestilen fra Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, af arkitekterne Álavaro Libano og Ricardo Beascoa. I 2001 fandt en omfattende renovering af hele museumskomplekset sted.
