De Ter er en flod i Catalonien, Spanien, der begynder i Pyrenæerne ved Ull de Ter (2480 m høj), løber gennem byen Girona og munder ud i Middelhavet nær Torroella de Montgrí. Udløbet kaldes også La Gola. Floden er 208 km lang og har et opland på 3001 km², hvilket gør den til den største flod i Catalonien. Sammen med Muga og Fluvià har den ved udløbet dannet den store alluviale slette i Empordà. Floden løber sammen med La Maçana og går mod Girona, hvor floderne Güell og Onyar munder ud i Ter. Man kan, efter en gåtur på fire kilometer til udløbet, fiske karpe. Daglige fangster på 45 kg er meget almindelige.
