Katedralen i Pamplona er en romersk-katolsk kirke i ærkebispedømmet Pamplona, Spanien. Den nuværende 15. århundredes gotiske kirke erstattede en ældre romansk kirke. Arkæologiske udgravninger har afsløret eksistensen af to tidligere kirker. Den neoklassicistiske facade blev designet af Ventura Rodríguez i 1783. Den har en gotisk klostergang fra det 13.-14. århundrede, der giver adgang til to andre gotiske rum: Barbazan-kapellet og spisesalen. De middelalderlige konger af Navarra blev kronet der, og nogle blev også begravet der. Den navarrianske Cortes blev afholdt der under den tidlige moderne tid.
