Kirken San Antón er en katolsk kirke beliggende i Old Town-kvarteret i Bilbao, Spanien. Den er dedikeret til Anthony den Store, kendt som San Antón på spansk. Den indgår, sammen med San Antón-broen, i byens våbenskjold. Bilbao-floden løber ved siden af den. Sankt Anton's kirke er et eksempel på den gotiske stil inden for kirkearkitektur, som var populær i det 15. og 16. århundrede. På trods af rekonstruktionen er det stadig muligt at observere nogle gotiske træk som ribbehvelv og spidsbuede buer.
