Den puniske mur i Cartagena er et arkæologisk sted fra det 3. århundrede før Kristus, hvor den første forsvars mur af Cartagena kan ses, bygget af karthagerne.
Dette er et vigtigt sted, fordi det er en af de få rester af den karthagiske civilisation i Spanien, og murene vidner om en af de vigtigste begivenheder i oldtiden i Middelhavet: den Anden Puniske Krig.
