Palau Reial Major i Barcelona var residens for greverne af Barcelona og kongerne af Aragón. Det ligger i centrum af den gotiske bydel i byen, på Plaça del Rei, og består grundlæggende af tre bygninger: Saló del Tinell, bygget af kong Pere den Ceremonielle mellem 1359 og 1362 af byggearbejderen Guillem Carbonell. Den palatine kapel Santa Àgata, fra året 1302, efter ordre fra kong Jaume den Retfærdige og hans kone Blanca af Napoli. Inden for er der altertavlen af constable Pere af Portugal, af maleren Jaume Huguet. Verger, en have med søjler og bygninger omkring, forbundet med Tinell. Det var sæde for inkvisitionsdomstolen, og i dag er det hjemsted for Frederic Marès-museet.
