Kirken la Asunción er en romersk-katolsk kirke beliggende i Almansa, provinsen Albacete, Spanien.
Opførelsen af kirken på dette sted i den dengang ekspanderende by blev valgt i 1524. En række arkitekter, herunder maestro Marquina, Maestro Pedro, Maestro Juan de Aranguren, Juanes de Segura og Juan de Urrea, udførte arbejdet frem til 1579. Den sene renæssanceportal har en relief, der skildrer Bebudelsen og Marias Himmelfart. Facaden blev påbegyndt i 1619-1624 af Francisco de Figuerola. Arbejdet fortsatte med sakristiet, forskellige kapeller og klokketårnet ind i den senere del af det 18. århundrede. Fra 1789 til 1805 arbejdede Bartolomé Rivelles på apsis. Indersiden blev dekoreret i neoklassisk stil. Restaurering fandt sted i 1980'erne.
