Det Kongelige Kloster Santa María de Poblet eller blot Poblet-klosteret, er prototypen på et spansk cistercienserkloster.
Beliggende i området Cuenca de Barberá, i kommune Vimbodí og Poblet, i Tarragona, blev det første kloster ansporet og sponsoreret af Ramón Berenguer IV, greve af Barcelona, som overgav det til de bernardinske munke fra klosteret Fontfroide i 1149.[1] Det var kongeligt mausoleum for Aragon-krone fra slutningen af det 14. århundrede til udryddelsen af det kongelige hus af Aragón i det 15. århundrede.
