Gallifa Slot er en lille befæstning, der var det historiske og jurisdiktionelle centrum for området i middelalderen, og som ligger på sletten, hvor den nuværende befolkning i Gallifa befinder sig.
Slotet ligger på en stejl bakke med en højde på 600 m og var en befæstet plan med mure og to porte, en mod vest og en mod øst, begge med overvågnings-tårn.
