Santa María de Regla de León-katedralen er en katolsk kirke, den episkopale sæde for bispedømmet León i det nordvestlige Spanien, indviet under navnet Jomfru Maria. Det var det første monument, der blev erklæret af den kongelige orden af Spanien den 28. august 1844. Initieret i det 13. århundrede er det et af de største værker i den gotiske stil med franske påvirkninger. Også kendt som Pulchra Leonina, som betyder 'Smuk Leonese', ligger det på Vejen til Santiago, eller Camino de Santiago.
