Gorg Blau er en dæmning, der ligger ved foden af Puig Major og Puig de Massanella i kommunen Escorca, Mallorca. Sammen med Cúber-dæmningen ejes den af Palma Kommune og har siden 1971 forsynt sin kommune og de omkringliggende områder med vand. Den ligger i dalen Almallutx og tæt på husene af samme navn. Den bæk, der udspringer fra dæmningen, kaldet Gorg Blau-bækken eller sa Fosca, munder ud i Pareis-bækken og blev erklæret naturmonument af den baleariske regering i 2003.
