Palacio Insular er sædet for Cabildo Insular de Tenerife i Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Det blev planlagt fra 1934 og færdiggjort i 1940. Dens hovedfacade er rettet mod Plaza de España.
De insulære cabildos på De Kanariske Øer blev oprettet i 1912. Det første møde i Cabildo Insular de Tenerife fandt sted den 16. marts 1913 i rådhuset i Santa Cruz. Efter at institutionen succesivt havde været indkvarteret i forskellige bygninger, blev José Enrique Marrero Regalado i 1934 udnævnt som officiel arkitekt for cabildos med opgaven at udforme en repræsentativ administrationsbygning.
