Aixa Slot er dannet af resterne af det gamle slot beliggende i Sierra del Castellet de Aixa, på den højeste del af Beniquesi, et sted beliggende i kommunen Alcalalí, 600 meter over havets overflade, mellem Losa de Camacho og Jalón, som dækker hele Pop-dalen.
