De Torres KIO, også kendt som Puerta de Europa, er moderne tårne i Madrid, men de fleste indbyggere kalder tårnet bare KIO, opkaldt efter finanserne, Kuwait Investments Office. Tårnene blev færdiggjort i 1996 og fungerede som bevis på byens teknologiske fremskridt. Puerta de Europa ligger ved "indgangen til Madrid", lige nord for Plaza de Castilla, med et tårn på hver side af Paseo de la Castellana, tæt på motorvejen mod Burgos.
