Seilbanen på Monte Ulia i San Sebastián var en af de første svævebaner til persontransport i verden.
Den blev taget i brug i 1907 og transporterede 14 personer i gondolen op til den 224 meter høje Monte Ulia inden for tre minutter, hvor der dengang lå en forlystelsespark. Monte Ulia svævebanen havde kun en gondol, som hang i seks kabler. Af disse seks kabler var tre parvist arrangeret.
Allerede i 1912 faldt antallet af transporterede passagerer igen, efter at en anden forlystelsespark blev åbnet på Monte Igeldo. I 1920'erne blev driften indstillet på grund af uøkonomisk drift.
