Floden Zújar er en flod i Spanien, den mest vandrige biflod til floden Guadiana på venstre bred: den har en længde på cirka 210 km og et vandopland på 8510 km². Ifølge nogle kilder opstår den i La Huerta del Zújar, Granja de Torrehermosa i provinsen Badajoz og løber gennem Campiña Sur som grænse mellem Extremadura og Andalusien, og fortsætter gennem La Serena indtil dens udmunding i Villanueva de la Serena.
