Det Astronomiske Observatorium La Hita er et astronomisk observatorium beliggende 9 kilometer fra det urbane centrum i den toledanske kommune La Puebla de Almoradiel. Observatoriet, grundlagt af Faustino Organero, er en del af La Hita Astronomiske Komplekset og drives af AstroHita Fonden, som udfører forsknings- og oplysningsarbejde.
