Castell de Carles eller Castell de Toscar er en bygning i kommunen Alfara de Carles. Det består af betydelige rester af mure på en klippetop, på en skråning af Montcaro eller Caro, i Naturparkens Ports. Det ligger på toppen af en lille bakke midt i Tosca-dalen og er omgivet af højere bjerge. Der er kun rester af mure og fragmenter af voldene, af ubehandlet murerarbejde af lille tykkelse, med nogle stykker murerarbejde i form af aks. Det har kvadre i hjørnerne. Det er et arbejde, der er erklæret en kulturarv af national interesse.
