Det gamle centrum af Pamplona er den historiske bydel i byen Pamplona, hovedstaden i Navarra-regionen. Det ligger i hjertet af byen på den højeste del af højlandet, og her findes byens vigtigste monumenter. Befolkningen er på 11.792 personer. Det er ikke en monumental bydel; dens gader er middelalderlige, med smalle gader, uregelmæssige pladser, stor tæthed, smalle og dybe bygninger med vertikale åbninger, altaner, udsigtspunkter, træbeklædte tage osv. Indtil 1890 var det hele byens udstrækning, hvorfor det koncentrerer størstedelen af byens monumenter.
